Cub Scout Klondike

Date/Time: Jan. 27, 2018, 9 am to 1 pm

Location: 701 W. South Boulder Rd., Louisville, CO 80027


  • Youth – Cub Scout – $9.00 if registered by Jan 13 (increases to $11 afterwards)
  • Youth – Webelos or Arrow of Light – $12.00 if registered by Jan 13 (increases to $14 afterwards)


  • No registrations accepted after January 23rd! (Name changes for adult leaders accepted until January 25th)
  • All youth and adults must bring completed health forms to the event
  • All adults must have current YPT training (training date required when you register)
  • No registrations on-site or at the Council Service Center. All registrations must be made online.
  • Register youth online on Tentaroo – look for the Indian Peaks Cub Klondike 2018 event.


  • Hot chocolate will be served by the Order of the Arrow
  • Please bring a bag lunch for all Scouts and adults
  • Allergy Alert: Banana Boats contain chocolate, marshmallows, and banana.


  • WEBELOS and AOL SCOUTS: First Responder, indoors, run by Order of the Arrow Volunteers.
  • All other Cub Scouts will participate in a round robin of activities (see list below under the pack info section)

All Packs participating MUST register to plan and run an Activity Station. Each pack should fill out the form below. 2-deep leadership is required for all packs! NOTE: Supplies for the stations may be provided by district.  For more information on the listed activities, contact Patty Shannon, Required information includes:

  1. Pack number

  3. Names of adults providing leadership,
  4. What activity the Pack is accepting responsibility for

IP - Cub Klondike Pack Registration

Pack information for Cub Klondike in Indian Peaks district.
  • Must provide at least two leaders.
  • Suggestions: Spear Toss, Ski/Snowshoe Races, Broom Hockey, "Dogsled" Obstacle Course, "Rope Bridge Building", OR, anything appropriate that the PACK thinks up on their own. - These need to be approved by Dawnell or Patty.
  • Must be different than the names listed as providing leadership for pack youth.
