Usability

• Clean/Simple/Fast - Most customers on phone/modem
• Maybe not FrontPage, Word, etc - makes small page big
• Frames - Just Say No
• Avoid Flashy Animation and Gimmicks
• Efficient Picture and Graphic formats
• Printable (Light on Dark is problem)
• If more than one page - consistent style, template
• More Information on Usability
