Operation OSPPREY is a special conservation/environment effort for 2010 - Scouting's 100th Birthday - to encourage every Cub Scout Pack, Boy Scout Troop, Varsity Team, Venture Crew, and Sea Scout Ship in the Longs Peak Council to adopt a local open space, park, refuge, or other environmental area for an entire year of outdoor conservation service.

The Operation OSPREY Leader's Guidebook has been distributed to all Scouting units via district roundtables.
