Health Form
Both youth and adults now use the Annual BSA Health and
Medical Record, Part A and B. If you attended a summer session at
Nicol in 2012 and turned in a health
form then, you do not need another
form for the fall weekends. All
individuals who have not turned in a
health form for 2012 must
do so when they check in
for their first weekend
activity.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Does every Cub Scout need to have a
parent attend?
- A: If the Scout is registering
as an individual, an adult must
register and attend with
the Cub Scout.
If a Den or Pack is registering, a minimum of 2 adults
per group of up to 10 Cub Scouts is needed. For
every portion of 5 Cub Scouts (1-5) after
that, an additional adult is needed.
(Ie 11 Cubs - three adults; 16 Cubs - four adults)
-
- Q: Can other family members attend
these activities?
- A: All family members, all ages, all genders
can attend the Fall Color Hikes
and Haunted Weekends. Only Webelos
can attend the Webelos BB Gun
and Archery Days and only Tiger Cubs
can attend the Tiger Cub Adventure
Days.
-
- Q: Can we bring our pets?
- A: No Pets allowed at
camp!
-
- Q: Do I need a Tour
Permit?
- A: If you are only
traveling with your
own immediate family
you do not need a
Tour Permit. If you
car pool or have even
one person in your car
that is not a member
of your immediate
family you must have a
Tour Permit. Keep in
mind that Tour Permits
should be filed two
weeks in advance of
the activity, and will
not be accepted in any
Longs Peak Council
Service Center after
Wednesday prior to
the activity.
-
- Q: Do I need a Health Form?
- A: If you attended a summer session at
Nicol in 2012 and turned in a health
form then, you do not need another
form for the fall weekends. All
individuals who have not turned in a
health for 2012 must

-
- Q: What time do I need
to be there to check in?
- A: Unless otherwise
specified for that activity
plan to arrive 1/2 to 1
hour prior to program
start time. In most cases
you can check in late but
you will miss portions of
the program if you do that. With the
exception of Webelos BB Gun and
Archery Days, you can arrive at any
time. All programs on the other
weekends are open
at all program times
and you can visit
each program at
your leisure.
