How To Register and Pay    You have these options:

When you submit the form, a PayPal page will come up where you can pay with either a credit card or with your PayPal account.

(A PayPal Account is NOT required, and there is no additional fee for paying online.)

Sorry - we don't have the flexibility to pay for multiple people with one PayPal payment. You will have to register and pay for each person individually. 		Get your payment and form to the Scottsbluff Council office:
  • In person at the Scottsbluff Office - Bring your check or credit card to:

  • By Mail - Enclose your check or write your credit card number and expiration date clearly on the registration form. Mail to:

  • By FAX - Fax your registration form to:

    Then call the Scottsbluff Office at 308 632-4179 or 1-800-800-4052 (Option 6), with your credit card information.
Or Pay at the Event: An additional $10 fee will be charged if you pay at the event.

On-Time Registration and Payment:
You are not considered to be registered until the Scottsbluff Office has received both your registration form and your payment.
To receive the Early Bird Discount, both your registration and your payment must be received by the Scottsbluff Office (or register and pay online) by noon of the On-Time Registration Date.
If you do not pre-register, you will not be guaranteed meals for the event.
If you chose to pay at the event, an additional $10 fee will be charged.
Important Note: We are not allowed to collect information online from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must have a parent submit your registration, or you can register using the paper Registration Form.

Medical Form

For all events, all attendees must bring with them the camp medical form. You only need the first three sections (i.e., the first page) as a Class 1 medical form (no physician signature necessary, but if you're under 18 years old, you'll need a parent's or guardian's signature). Please print legibly in ink or type. You may already have a copy of this from summer camp.
